SCINCO Appoints Mr. Nam-Hoon Kim as Executive Vice President of SCINCO and Chief Executive Officer of SCINCO International

SCINCO is delighted to announce the appointment of Mr. Nam-Hoon Kim as EVP of SCINCO and CEO of SCINCO International.

Nam-Hoon Kim has served as a leader of successful international businesses including Analytical Instruments, Life Sciences, and Diagnostics. Most recently, he served as a APAC Commercial Vice President and General Manager of Leicabiosystems, a Danaher Company.

He also served in leadership role at PerkinElmer for 27 years, including Vice President and General Manager of Applied Market Segment, Vice President and General Manager of Global Sales and Service of Environmental Health Division, a provider of Analytical Instruments, Consumables and Services to the Environmental, Industrial and Food Safety end markets. Environmental Health Division was about $1B in annual revenues, 5 manufacturing and R&D sites, +2,600 employees where he leveraged expertise in strategy development to drive successful transition of organization and generate substantial value for the company. He also served as APAC Vice President and General Manager of Discovery and Analytical Science Division and leadership role as Country President of Korea, Japan and China where he revitalized organizations and businesses that has been critical to accelerate the growth of business in the region.

Prior to PerkineElmer, he worked for Samsung SDI as senior research scientist developing display devices and battery. Nam-Hoon hold a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and Master of Science in Analytical Chemistry from Yonsei University. He also graduated MBA from business School of Yonsei University, Seoul Korea.
